Saints have signed Neal Trotman on loan until January 2010.

Trotman, a 6ft 2in Centre Back, plays for Preston North End.

I am pleased about the Trotman signing, but would still like to see another CB.

I AM GOING TO SEE THE MATCH TOTALLY UNSURE OF WHAT WE WILL PRODUCE. IF AP PLAYS ALL OF HIS SIGNINGS HE WILL ALMOST BE ABLE TO SAY THAT IT IS HIS TEAM. YES I KNOW THAT SOME ARE LOANS AND STOPGAPS BUT IT COULD STILL BE SEVEN NEW BOYS IF YOU ADD THOMAS TO THE LIST DUE TO HIM NOT BEING FIT LAST SEASON. MAYBE THE TEAM WILL START TO TAKE SHAPE BUT WE MUST REMEMBER THAT THEY WILL NEED TIME TO GEL.

Trotman almost made a name for himself on his debut. Excusing the miss, looked good.

Still unbeaten at home this season.
