The Pride and the Passion

Wanting players to match our passion is top of the list this season.

I remember fondly, the televised Cup win against Tottenham a few years back, for that very factor.
Saints won the game 4-0.

Because of the history and politics between the two clubs at the time, no player stepped onto that pitch without a raging fire in his belly, or so it seemed.

Both players and crowd lifted each other. It was the 'perfect match'

The atmosphere was electric that night. Despite the game being televised, it was really well attended.
