Had encountered persistent troubles in trying to get my exisitng Saints TV transfered, but have to say I am pleased with the result, now that I have access.

Would also like to say, that Saints were first class in their effort to solve the problem, even though the new service is managed out of house.

Nightmare.

Couldn't log on and stay on.
Recognised me one minute, but not the next.
No text commentary available.

Rubbish.

Will let you know if or when they fix the problems.
I understand quite a few people are experiencing difficulties with the service.
